OUR STORY

At Home Care All we believe that independence is key to maintaining a high quality of life. Founded by a a group of Middle Tennessee natives, Home Care All strives to provide the best combination of care and compassion the area has to offer. Our caregivers are individually screened, selected and paired with our client’s individual needs. We have first hand experience understanding the need for a high level of care within our own families and strive to replicate that standard everyday to yours. Only the most experienced and compassionate caregivers are employed by Home Care All. We want to listen to our client’s needs and then help tailor a customized plan of care. With over 40 years of combined healthcare experience, we at Home Care All are committed to providing you and your loved ones the love, respect and care they deserve.

OUR SERVICES

POST-OP CARE

Post Operative Care: In patient and Outpatient surgery is on the rise. For example, Hip replacements In the US have doubled between 2000-2014. During that same time period knee replacements increased from 274,467 to 680,886. Regardless of the proceedure or discipline of medicine more and more patients are in need of post operative care. Many find that their insurance or government health care plan will not pay for adequate post operative care. Home Care All has extensive experience accommodating patient’s needs from a “Pre-op to Post Op” approach. Your physician will require that you have transportation after surgery. Even simple tasks such as picking up a prescription post operatively becomes an arduous task. At Home Care All we can accompany you or your loved one to any and all appointments both surgical and non. the anticipation of surgery is an overwhelming experience for most people. Having an additional person at these appointments and/or procedures ensures the patient understands physician protocols which improves patient compliance and ultimately recovery time.

RESPITE CARE

Respite programs provide planned short-term and time-limited breaks for families and other unpaid care givers of children with a developmental delay, children with behavioral problems, adults with an intellectual disability, and adults with cognitive loss in order to support and maintain the primary care giving relationship.

  • Assisting the family members to enable a person with developmental disabilities to stay at home
  • Providing appropriate care and supervision to protect that person’s safety in the absence of a family member
  • Relieving family members from the constantly demanding responsibility of providing care
  • Attending to basic self-help needs and other activities that would ordinarily be performed by the family member

ELDER CARE

78 million Baby Boomers enter retirement at a rate of 8,000 a day. Surveys indicate that 90% of all seniors desire to live in their home as long as possible. At Home Care All we understand that help with basic activities of daily living can prolong or diminish the need both nursing home or offsite assisted living. At Home Care All we listen to our client’s needs in order to provide appropriate help and plan of care to ensure you and your loved ones maintain an active and independent lifestyle.

Services Include:

  • Personal Care: Bathing, Eating, Dressing, Grooming
  • Household Care: Meal Prep, Light Housekeeping, Laundry and even personal shopping (e.g.) purchasing groceries for the week. 
  • Health Care: Medication Management, Transportation too and from physician appointments and procedures.

Whether you or your loved one is in need of 24 hour care or looking for assistance a few hours a week, Home Care All will match the appropriate care giver to meet your needs.
